JP Staffing is a specialized staffing agency that focuses on Accounting & Finance, Human Resources and Office Administration.  Our searches for direct hire and temporary staff begins with listening to our clients’ needs as well as a thorough interview with each of our candidates.

The time and training that goes into our internal staff goes above and beyond what most companies do.  We are constantly refining our process to make the experience for clients and job seekers simplified.

History

JP Staffing, LLC was founded by Elisa Silbaugh Jordan and Terry Jordan in March 2009.  In October 2015 JP Staffing took a big step and purchased their first building in St. Paul, MN after leasing space for the beginning years of the company.  JP Staffing has experienced consistent 40-70% year over year growth since its date of incorporation and has continued to grow their client base in Minnesota and Wisconsin.  We have built our reputation as a company of integrity and honesty.
