JP Staffing takes a unique approach to provide employment options for our people. We provide a wide variety of employment options, including contract/temporary employees, temp to hire or direct hire. JP Staffing’s process is different from many agencies in that we require all interviews to be done at our office face to face. We spend approximately 45 minutes in each interview getting to know more about your dream job, accomplishments, salary desires, geographical options and most importantly getting to know your personality and assisting in placing you in your next career. Any fee’s associated with using JP Staffing are paid by the company and not the job seeker.
JP Staffing provides temporary help to their clients on a needed basis. Assignment can last from 1 day to 3+ years, depending on the situation and business needs. A contract employee is paid weekly on an hourly base for every hour worked. Timecards are filled out each day and sent into JP Staffing at the end of each week. However, keep in mind that every day is a working interview. JP Staffing has had over 60% of their contract only positions get hired on full time due to the perfect match of the person at the company. During the assignment you not only report to the supervisor on site but also to JP Staffing, notifying both contacts in case of time off, sick days or late arrivals.
This can also be called a temp to hire. Many companies choose to bring an employee on a temporary basis for typically a set period of time before hiring them on as a permanent employee. During this time treat every day as a working interview. During the contract period you will be paid weekly by JP Staffing and be a W2 of JP Staffing. At the end of the contract period the company will bring you onto their payroll and you will become eligible for their benefits after the eligibility period has passed. Most cases a temp to hire is for 90 calendar days. During the temporary period you not only report to the supervisor on site but also to JP Staffing, notifying both contacts in case of time off, sick days or late arrivals.
This is also called a permanent position. When a company has a long term permanent need they will entertain JP Staffing’s services to help find that candidate to fit the needs of the company. You will become eligible for company benefits after the eligibility period has passed. You will report directly to your supervisor at the company.
