Terry Jordan, Founder & President

JP Staffing isn’t about numbers; it’s about the correct professionals at the best companies.  This holistic vision of Terry’s has transformed into a staffing firm like no-other by simplifying the recruiting process to provide the most experienced professionals and to maximize financial growth for clients.  As president, Terry accomplishes this promise to every client by cultivating a talented team which all commit to a foundation of integrity.

Furthermore, Terry oversees the Business Development & Recruiting platforms within JP Staffing while delivering in the company’s motto: “Connecting Great People with Great Companies”.  Terry founded JP Staffing in 2009 with Chief Executive Officer & Co-founder, Elisa Silbaugh Jordan.

Terry is an awarded and respected staffing leader. Among many awards, Terry was ranked #1 Staffing Branch Manager in the world in 1999.  With two decades of experience, Terry formerly served as a Branch Manager at an International recruiting firm, Regional Manager at a National firm and Director of Financial and Accounting Placements at a local firm.

Terry holds a B.S. degree in accounting from University of Northwestern-Saint Paul and is passionate about serving local and global education and faith-based organizations.   Terry and his family reside in the Northeast suburbs of Minneapolis.
